Took you 6 years to respond to a review? WOW! Glad I didn't have you all building my home, could have been quite the disaster... well it almost was. ha...
We are in the pre-build phase of our Adair home in Sisters. The team has been helpful, flexible, and very professional. We are not located in Central Oregon, so having the team accommodate us virtually has been a huge plus (saves us 5 hours of driving per meeting!). We are just about to enter the permit phase, and are excited for next steps. Lori Jeter has been especially great to work with! And we look forward to working with Gary Williams and Mike Nelson, as well!
I have known Joe Zampko for many years. He is exceptional at what he does and provides extraordinary client service. His follow-through, time management, and communication is refreshing. I would definitely use Joe Zampko again.

Joe Zampko was amazing throughout this process from start to finish. He was super attentive, did a great job from the initial design through the finished product.
