The design process was straightforward (I went to their office in Redmond to work through it), they let me tweak things as much as I needed (up to the final design), and they offered the best mortgage rate around, which makes a huge difference in what the overall cost of a build will be. We had a great experience working with Adair homes. Lori was easy to work with and very responsive to all of our questions and requests. Lori and Chris helped make the process of building a home as easy as it could be. When any issue came up it was dealt with promptly. We would highly recommend Adair.
