I had gone to this dentist since moving to Austin in 2004 twice a year. Last October 2009 I went in for my semi annual check up and paid them what they told me I owed based on my insurance plan. As it turned out, they did not check to see what my plan paid for only made assumptions. I did not receive a bill or even a complimentary phone call from them letting me know that my plan had changed and that I had an outstanding bill due to a deductible added to my plan.
