My husband and and I were at Adair having dinner with friends. This was by far the best meal I have eaten out. The staff is friendly and not rushed.the atmosphere in the dinner room is amazing. The setting of the Adair Inn and Restaurant is magnificent. We will definitely be having dinner hear again.
Great service, beautiful setting, no detail overlooked. Historic home built in 1920's. Much granite used throughout. Close to Interstate 93 yet very quiet and secluded. Over 200 acres of property.
Tried Adair on a whim. We were not disappointed. Attentive waitstaff and the food was outstanding. Wonderful ambiance. Highly recommend!!
There are actually many good restaurants in Bethlehem that I enjoy. And I think every thing is just mehh. Adair is by far the best restaurant in the entire state of NH. Every single course I had was some of the best food I have ever tasted. The decor, ambiance and staff was perfect in every way. This is pretty much the only restaurant I will go to when I go up to Bethlehem. Keep it up Adair.
Beautiful place! Great hosts! The ambiance is to die for... almost 100 years of history in this incredibly restored mansion full of country charm. Our meal was tasty and our accommodations more than comfortable. I can't wait for morning to have coffee on the patio overlooking the pond. Highly recommend!

We went tonight, Thursday January 26th and had the BEST meal we have ever had. Fine dining in a cozy quaint dining room by a fire. Our server was spectacular, the inn keeper took us for a tour of the inn after dinner. What a place! If you live here in the North country or just visiting this is a MUST stay and experience the absolute delight of an exquisite dinner.
Such a wonderful experience! I can not wait to go back! So clean and well kept! Thank you
