Longest wait to see dr even with appt! She tells me one thing then prescribes something completely different. Thats after having to call to get meds called in. I have been in a flare and waited a month for her or staff to get back to me. Shenna her infusion nurse is the only one of her staff that does an outstanding job. The rest of her staff including Dr. Massey are completely incompetent! We go to Dr's to help. Not causing more frustration.. Her turn over rate of employees is the worst I have ever experienced. I have been with Dr. Massey since 2017. I will not let any other rheumatologist around. She has been the only person that made me feel like we needed to come to the bottom of my problems and she was the one that diagnosed me correctly and she has always made me feel Important. As long as she is in practice, I will always go to her
If I could give a 0 I would! The first time I saw Dr Massey she looked at my actual body for 5 min felt my knuckles and pushed on my legs before she prescribed 8 different medications for me, said she thought I had 5 different autoimmune and other illnesses, this is before running any test etc. when I tried to get my meds it took her and her staff a month to call them in and getting someone to call you back is impossible! Today Dr. Massey refused to refer me to a different rheumatologist I asked from Christopher Adam’s she said no get it from ur primary. She also refused to refer me to a pain clinic. Then asked about my primary info I provided her with the facility and drs name. Then as I was still talking she said she had to go and hung up the telephone visit in my face. I’ve been going here for years and I’m the last couple of years I’ve experienced the worst care with the receptionist Tammi she’s the most unprofessional person I’ve encountered and when you call to speak with the MA or Dr she’s always rude and never leaves messages for them to call back sending the wrong medication to the wrong pharmacy and acts if they don’t ever have a second to talk I don’t know if she’s new or whatever I never seen her before I never experience this treatment from staying in the rooms for hours and they... read more
