They were cute at first on Thursday when I got them done and then 2/3 days later my black was coming off my tips. My pedicure was decent.

I usually have a great experience when coming here but my most recent visit was not good. I called and made an appointment for 2:45pm. I didn’t get in a chair until 3:10pm. The lady doing my pedicure was on the phone prior to helping me. She was even on the phone during my pedicure. She stopped to text and call while giving my pedicure. I was on a time constraint due to me leaving to go on a trip. I ended up missing my flight by 15 minutes and having to rebook it for the next day. A month ago I called before going to ask about the 15% off birthday deal, and they told me I just needed to bring my ID. I went, and when I was about to pay, I showed my ID, but they said the deal was old. I showed them their page that clearly says the offer is for 2025. Instead of honoring the discount, they tried to give me a cheap oil scent and made all kinds of excuses not to give me the discount on my special day. They made me feel really sad on my birthday. I will never go back again.

I walked in for a full set and take down. I asked the young lady for the wait time she quoted me 5 minutes . After 15 minutes I was still waiting on a nail tech. So, she asked me to sit in the first seat. The seat was dirty I had to sterilize it myself. Then she spent 3 minutes shaving off the polish and started on some one else. She later informed me that if the wait is to long I could leave. So, I politely wished her a blessed day and left. LADIES PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE YOUR TIME IS VALUED AND RESPECTED.

I was not pleased with the service I received here. I came in for shellac manicure and pedicure and it was a mess. The lady who did my pedi was great but my manicure was horrible! She did not soak my nails or cut my cuticles for the manicure and the shellac polish she used was old. After only 3 days my polish started to chip and it has only been almost 2 weeks since I had the done and they look a mess! I have given this place several chances to get it right because of the vicinity to where I live but I will not be returning!... read more
