Came here for my first pap, and Megan was very communicative throughout the exam, which helped to alleviate a great deal of the stress I’d experienced during exams at IRMC. She made a noticeable effort to minimize my physical discomfort and anxiety, and she helpfully referred me to a Care Navigator, Amanda, for assistance in finding additional care resources. Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming environment, and as smooth of an experience as can be expected!
Claims to be a low cost option for people struggling IS NOT!!!!!!
Although I have had some positive some negative interactions there. I highly recommend look elsewhere for IUD care to find a provider that will consider pain management techniques. For all other care, mental health, WIC, SNAP, annual exams, BTC birth control, the clinic is wonderful and can get you in same or next day. These have been my last few visits: 2021 - wanted IUD inserted. Didn’t realize we would do it same day, so not only was I not on my period, no NSAIDS were provided to me before hand. Didn’t realize we would do it same day, so not only was I not on my period, no NSAIDS were provided to me before hand. We attempted and I tapped out early because it really felt like the woman doing the procedure was not competent. It should be less than 5 min procedure as it is extremely painful and I was definitely in 7/10 pain for that long and we weren’t even done measuring. No support perso... read more
