Decent place to reside. Prime location. Our property manager Alijah is absolutely the glue to this place. He is so accommodating, responsive, proactive and professional. He makes living here 5/5!
Seriously torn about this review. On one hand I liked living here. It was quiet, size was nice, I got along with the neighbors & my dog made many dog friends over the 3 years but the management & handling overshadowed this. Move in - original move in date moved back 1 month bc previous tenant needed more time, no problem. I moved in when there was a changeover in management. Literally signed my lease in between the old manager and new manager. Paid $500 deposit, $150 admin fee $400 pet fee, no problem. Signed pet addendum an... read more
I have been trying to get in contact with the management in order to have some rental questions answered, like utility cost, parking and other important information. Each time the off site customer service (who are actually nice and helpful) say someone will reach out and no one does. If this is a sign of how they treat their tenants please stay far away from here.
Love living here! Well-maintained property. Alijah, property manager, is very helpful and dilligent. He responds quickly to any concern. Overall great experience. Good location.
