Love this place! I would definitely recommend this apartment! I've been here for a couple years and I can't recommend this place enough. It's safe, clean, comfortable and private. You're close to everything yet tucked away enough where you have your own privacy away from the hustle and bustle. I love it! The landscape is always maintained, the buildings are always clean, the neighbors are friendly, it's quiet, and the front office staff is always nice and welcoming.

Love it here!!! I am sorry to read that someone didn't have a good experience here because this place it's awesome and the apartments and managment are great. We have been here for about three years and plan to stay for as long as we can. We have never had any issues with the leasing office and if any issues come up with the apartment itself it gets taken care of immediately . A Great Place to Live Excellent location and neighborhood. roomy and most comfortable. The apartments are very modern and kept up rather well. Any problems have been resolved quickly and satisfactorily. convenience is the byword . We renewed our lease with a 15 month lease. check this place out.
STAY AWAT This place was an absolute nightmare to rent from. Hot water in my bathroom didn't work properly the entire time I was there. I had them send someone to fix multiple times, to no avail. Dog park was always swampy and mosquito infested. The neighbors were constantly smoking weed and it reeked throughout the entire building. I gave 30 days notice on my move-out and apparently the lease said 2 months (outrageously far in advance) and they were really difficult to deal with.
