Nice friendly staff and seems like everything was done very quickly!
I would not recommend this eye doctor. HORRIBLE customer service. The girl who also adjusted my glasses had no idea how to properly adjust them and ended up widening them to the point the wouldn't stay on my face. I ended up taking them to Walmart optical to be adjusted. They also have no clue how insurance works, and states that it’s the responsibility of the patient, but when you inform them of how the insurance works, they then become argumentative and ended up being overcharged for a service I was not supposed to be char... read more
Was never asked any lifestyle questions (do you sit at a computer all day, drive a lot, etc.). Little to no effort/education in choosing right type of lens, ended up with progressives that only work ok for 75% of the day. Feeling stupid for not doing due diligence on lens types until after the fact (was always a single-vision lens person, would have stayed this way had known the cons of progressives). My first eye exam with Dr. Hale was a very positive experience. His staff are professional and welcoming. Dr. Hale was very thorough, explained test results well, and was personable and easy to talk to.
