I had a new installment keeping my existing ductwork and the new unit didn't work so they said I needed new ductwork which I refused so they found the problem after I insisted they keep working to find it. The next year the unit didn't work and needed all new freon which I had to pay over 1000 dollars for and again the next year as well so they do not stand behind their equipment or their workmanship. Go somewhere else. The secretary is very nice

I have two units did not work. First one's breaker immediately trip, another breaker trips several hours later. Owner's son came and said first one whole unit must be replaced, 2nd one does not have any problems. Since my units were installed 6-7 years ago, I do not believe what he said. I replaced two breakers, now both works fine
