Ada is the absolute best and she loves the animals so much! Cooper always looks so great after his visits and Ada and her staff love him so much! Best experience ever!

We have a Golden Retriever name Lexy. She loves Ms. Ada but can be hard to groom because she want stand up. Ada is so kind and patient with her. We couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with her.

Had my two dogs and cat groomed there and all three are just spotless! Couldn't be happier with the job done and the kind and understanding staff who work with your schedule are also amazing. Definitely coming back to have my animals groomed there again.

My miniature schnauzer, Shotzie, has been going to Ms. Ada's for her grooming. We went out of town and our friends took her to another groomer with their dogs and they completely ruined her and traumatized her. She will be only going to Ada's as I know she will be loved, safe and not stressed out. Thank you Ms. Ada, we love your Pet Spa and very friendly staff.

We just moved to Cartersville and we’re looking for a new groomer. Ada did a great job on my Himalayan (Rachmaninov) and trimming my 2 German Shepherds nails. We’re so happy we found her!!!
