I purchased a lovely diamond engagement ring from Ada, which was a great experience for someone who doesn’t know the first thing about diamonds. Jessie helped me understand the options and figure out what I wanted, and the ring came out beautifully. The customization and delivery processes were well handled as well. On top of that, we also went back for our engraved gold wedding bands. For both the engagement ring and wedding bands, we couldn’t be happier with the service, quality, and price we got from Ada.
I normally do not like to write negative reviews, but I strongly encourage you not to purchase from Ada. My now-husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding band (a simple 6-prong solitaire engagement ring + French U wedding band), and I've been wearing both rings for about a year. We just had to go to another jeweler to get the engagement ring completely redone. We worked with Jessi, who no longer is at Ada, on our "bespoke" rings design process.
