UNBELIEVABLE, in the worst interpretation of the word. I had a similar experience as many of the other reviewers. I have been a patient since 2015 and the quality of care has decreased exponentially. In my most recent experience, I needed to make an appointment so I called several times over the span of 3 weeks and was greeted by a voice message stating "We will return your call within 30 minutes." As lovely as that sounds, that did not happen. I have yet to receive a phone call 3 weeks later! E
If I could I would give her a 0. Horrible doctor with poor follow through. I reported her to the medical board due to her diagnosis which was completely wrong. She said I had Gout when in fact I had a stress fracture. You cannot get her office on the phone either.
Dr. Ada del Rivero-Yamuy is an excellent doctor. My husband and I are her patients for some years and she has always given us excellent medical and human care. Her staff is excellent too and have always been willing to help us with everything we have needed. I definitely recommend her!
