I am leaving this review for AD1 Hospitality regarding its management of the Fairfield Inn Orlando Airport. During my stay, I paid for parking, was issued a parking pass at check‑in, and placed it visibly on my console. Overnight, my car was towed. I then incurred a $60 Uber expense and a $217 towing fee to retrieve it. When I contacted the property, I was told the pass “should have been on the dash,” despite that requirement never being communicated when the pass was issued.
