My organization booked 3 buses for an event in August. One of the buses was 15 minutes late for pick up. On the way to our destination, which was a two hour drive, the AC on one of the buses broke. The driver told us a new bus with a working AC would meet us at our destination. When we arrived, the driver said it would take too long to get a new bus, so some of our guests had a two hour return trip with no AC in the August heat. Pro: timely, efficient, took us from point a to b. Sprinter van was spacious and clean. Cons: Our driver drove on the highway like a bat out of hell and with our two children in car seats it felt pretty rough. Not very courteous. If we ever use again I’d probably request a different driver.
