Extremely unprofessional company. Left me, and my co-driver stranded on side of the road for 15 hours. Albert was really rude because of how busy they were. I would give them a zero if I could.
Worst towing company ever they take advantage of your needs they gave me a price and once they pulled my equipment they gave me a bill for a completely different amount stating “THAT’S WHY YOU HAVE INSURANCE “
If I could give them a “0” I would. I called at 1:13 PM and they could not tell me what time to expect a tow truck. I waited. I called back at 3:10 and was told they were a few blocks away and on their way. I waited. The garage I was taking the car to closes at 5PM. Still no tow truck. They never showed up!! I called back at 4:15 to cancel (remember they were a few blocks away an hour earlier!) They did not ask why, nor offered an apology or explanation. They said “ok” and hung up. I got a flat at 5pm. By the time the roadside assistance got the towing set up it was 530. I was told 60 minute wait time. 2 hrs later, I was told the tire shop was now closed and I would need to pay to have the car towed to my home because it was out of range. I informed them they were needing to tow further because of their own delay. I was told pay or no tow. "Best they can do" was tow to the closed shop and leave it in the parking lot. the best towing company in El Paso. these guys go out of their way to help you in every way they can. I'm so happy we have them. their towing prices are super reasonable.
waited over 6 hours for a tow. a unmarked pickup pulling a trailer show up at Las cruces address. 2 individuals who identify themselves as husband and wife and employees of AD Towing proceed to tow car with our assistance. I meet them at Chelmont Auto Center and had to help unload my vehicle. Both start to get in my face and curse when I said that they are providing poor service. I say be aware of AD Towing and thier irresponsible and crooked hoodlums they employ. I will be filling report with the BBB.
Waited for more than two hours and dispatcher is very rude.
