We made the grave mistake of switching over from Dex and Great American and have been paying for it since. Please do not get scammed by this company who will make you believe you are making the right choice. Once they have your business you are left for dead. The machine is slower than our previous one and the techs who come out provide little to no customer service.
We take pride in an excellent healthcare service but it is possible thanks to AD Solutions phone services! And not to mention the excellent team that Barry and Elaine lead. Juan, Ifty and Allen are great at delivering the best solution for the cases might arise. Highly recommended if you are looking for an excellent phone, faxing and copies service!
We initially started with a decent deal, but the contract automatically renewed and began charging around $300 per service visit. In the long run, you’re better off purchasing a printer on credit and hiring a Geek Squad technician for maintenance—you’ll save a significant amount of money that way.
Falvio was very present, responsive, and knowledgeable all the way from our first meeting to the training on how to use the new copier. We are very happy with AD Solutions and would recommend them to any church that needs a reliable local company to manage their copier.
