Danielle is the worst rep we have ever worked with and everyone else I know who has worked with her feels the same. Response time takes months (literally) after emailing and calling numerous times, and she is now telling us we won’t get our security deposit back because we aren’t giving 30 days notice, even though it took forever for us to even get a response to extend our lease by a few months in the first place and our apartment has been infested with mice that they have not dealt with for over a year. Horrible people to deal with. Super unresponsive and lack a heart. Raised our rent 35%in 3 years and would have raised it more if we did not dispute it. We also lost heat and electricity for a week 3 days after I gave birth to my daughter and they did not care. They kept blaming it on PSEG. We had to live in a freezing cold apartment with a newborn baby. I did not have a refrigerator or freezer. Whatever milk i had pumped with my colustrum from the hospital was spoiled. On December 11, 2024 I fell in front of your business at 45 Cuttermill Road, Great Neck, NY. I notified your employees. They had NO IDEA how to deal with such an incident and were completely unconcerned about my well being after my fall; all they were concerned about was the company's liability; truly poor form. The young male employee said he wanted to videotape me. I told him he didn't have my permission. Please do look at the videotape and you will see that I slipped and fell on the wet slate tile. By far the worst management company I have ever had to deal with. I have been dealing with Danielle mostly and not only does she lack empathy but I have also caught her in several lies. Every time she is confronted by someone and has no response she resorts to hanging up the phone or transferring the call to voicemail. She also somehow is always too busy to talk to tenants. Gd knows how a low to middle management level person can be too busy to talk on the phone for 30 secs for 2+ days. Our apartment lost power for 2+ days. ... read more
