I love working with Auguste!! It is great to have just one trainer - one trainee - gym all to ourselves. Plus Auguste is such a strong people person, he is a joy to work with.

I found AD Fitness Studio on the Internet. I periodically come to Los Angeles to visit my daughter and my son-in law. I work out regularly and I was looking for something like I have in my home town, Milan (italy) I saw AD Fitness website and I felt that it could be the right person and place. My friend and I have been training with Auguste for over 2 years after giving up on trying to work out on our own at various gyms.
