Went there to get my exhaust put on and upon lifting up my car I found that the welds were done atrociously. Not only were the welds done poorly, the bracket holding the pipes together weren’t even secured properly. Had to go out of my way to buy my own bolts and washers to secure the car myself.
I took my 335i to this shop .It took them 3 months for a simple job.Darius has the worst communication skill of any shop management. They lie ,by tell you oh your car gonna be ready when they just stinging you along. This so call performance shop should be out of business. They give me the worse experience dealing with a shop .
I don't think there's enough room to fit all of the issues with this place. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any business. Communication here is absolutely TERRIBLE. It took 7 MONTHS for them to finally finish my vehicle and even then my vehicle was leaking oil from the rear main seal even though I gave them a new OEM to install with the engine, the AC was barely working, and my check engine light started flashing on the way back, so I returned the vehicle and waited another 2 weeks for for them to fi... read more
