Lies from the start. Claimed I'd "opted in" on their website... I'd never heard of A&D Weighing before, let alone requested info from them. Can't trust the company, so how could I trust their balances?
Ordered my scale FX-120i with auto trickler setup and was told it would ship in 2 days, didn't ship until 10 days later. Got the scale and it had a balance error and had to ship back. Instead of just replacing it they repaired it and sent back. Another 14 days. Got it back and the screws on the back holding the electrical panel were missing leaving it dangling. Its been 4 weeks and I havent seen my rebate yet, form said 4 to 6 weeks so its still has time. Excellent products but I would suggest another company.
I just want to say THANKS, you're awesome! I emailed my rebate forms on the 14th, and had my check by the 23rd! They said 4 to 6 weeks and I got it in a week and a half!
