We ordered a pvc logo from IG. It was delivered broken due to inadequate packaging. I was promised that the piece would be delivered by a certain date. It was not. In fact, it has yet to be delivered. The customer service is so lacking I will not order again from this company. They bought a very good, small company called Admart, good people, great products and reliability. Identity Group has destroyed that completely.
