I bought a new lennar new construction home. Roof is leaking, less that 3 years old. I had a representative from this company take a look at my roof, he told me the leak has likely been there since construction, however they only provide a 1 year warranty and it would cost roughly $1800 to fix. He also told me there were multiple broken and missing roofing tiles. They did the roofing for Lennar homes in my development. Our house is3 years old and have had roof leaks twice. We've had roof leaks in probably 75% the homes they've worked onin this community. . I just wouldn't recommend them.
Pete was great. He came out of his way JUST TO ANSWER some questions and EXPLAIN what and why. I would use them again in 20 years
