Very reasonable. I have been using them since I found them and I am not going anywhere. On top of it excellent customer service.
Terrible. Don’t come here. All of the 5 star reviews must be family members or friends. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The woman gave me an offer, then the man started speaking in another language and said “go to marketplace” I said no I’ll take that offer. He said no go to marketplace. Highly suggest you don’t come to this place, the man and woman aren’t on the same page at all. Waste of time
Don’t come here if you’re trying to sell. The man & woman are clearly not on the same page. The woman offered $100 for my piece of jewelry, then the man started talking in another language to her - which is so rude by the way!!! - and said “go to marketplace” I said “no I’ll accept that offer!” He said “no go to marketplace.” Like what??? How am I offered $100 and then $0? So unprofessional, complete waste of time.
Definitely going back.
Fixed a chain clasp so quickly and the owner was so kind. They will definitely be my new go-to jeweler.
