I ordered a custom die-cut job from Adco Printing and was told by John that it would take 5 business days. A very reasonable workaround for a specialty item. I waited 8 days and called to see what was going on with them John told me that he needed money from me to pay the die-cut place because they wouldn't do it without cash up front. The first poster, James Betz, may be correct about the 24 hour service, but he (Mr. Betz) has NEVER paid $150 for 5M 4x6 Post Cards in his life. He runs an internet printing website and pays allot less than he claims in this post. Beware of Mr. Disbrow's friends or collegues posting positive information in his behalf. adcoprinting is the best quality printer in the area. I ordered printing from many brokers in the area, but none print in house. adco printing's quality was great and the owner john and angela treated me excellent. I ordered 5000 postcards for 150.00 and got them in 24 hours. thanks guys

I'm a print broker who's dealt with with printers coast-to-coast for the last 12+ years and Adco is the worst by far. Their customer service is a joke. The reps lie you along telling you whatever to get you off the phone. The one order I placed with them didn't go out until almost a week after they said they would. Don't waste your time or your money on these bums.

The customer service is non-existent. It seems everyone there is paid to lie to you about your order. The owner John, has no business sense and even less scruples. This has to be the worst operating print shop in history. I would highly recommend everyone stay away from them unless you like being treated like dirt and robbed.
