Mr Campbell sent a professional out same day due to my AC not working and with it being almost 100 degrees I seriously appreciated the rapid response. Joshua was very professional and informative before doing any work to make sure we could afford it. Thank you so much for giving us AC again and for all your efforts. You all are greatly appt. I also want to thank Mrs Brittany for her courtesy and bubbly personality when we called to make the appt. You all rock!!!!!
Joshua Jelks was an excellent technician! My thermostat was at 88 when I called AD Campbell. In @ 30 minutes after he began work my unit began to cool down significantly. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing AC. The receptionist Brittany who I spoke with to book the appointment was also extremely professional and knowledgeable. Thanks so much to the entire team.
