I had an appointment on my wedding day. They did not get to me in time, so I couldn't get my haircut. This is not a professional business, and they screwed up my wedding day. Do not get you haircut here. Edit for response: They were not eight minutes behind. They were 10 minutes behind when I talked to my friend. By the time they got to the register to check out the person they had just finished, they were 15 minutes late. As always, an amazing haircut by the most friendly in the business. You’re guaranteed to leave with a clean styled cut and great conversation. I was behind a gentleman who threw a temper tantrum and left a one star review about his experience. His attitude, response and review can’t be further from the truth. He mistimed his appointment and blamed it unnecessarily on the kind staff in the most unprofessional way possible. Kudos to the staff for remaining professional and calm.
