Normally pretty good. I’m typically a walk in every 2-3 weeks. Called today at 2:50 asked if I could get in and done by 4 the lady on the phone said I could so I got there at 3 since I work near by and sat around for 45 mins and didn’t get in. I shouldn’t have been told I could get in if it was guaranteed specially when I voiced I’d need to be done by 4 numerous times. I love the haircuts but customer service isn’t the best. This was my first time using A&D. I can honestly say this is the absolute best Haircut and beard trim I have ever gotten. Eldar is now going to be my full time barber. His cut and trim was spot on with what I wanted, and he's a super personable guy, with great conversation as well. My wife was astonished at how well Eldar did on my hair and beard, and at how great it looks.
