I would like to start out by saying that Christine in the office is lovely and was always very helpful when I was able to call and speak with her on the phone. The same is true for the maintenance employees that came to the house to address issues. The online tenant portal was also easy to use. Worst rental experience I’ve ever had and ended up back on the streets due to not being given back my full amount down. House had mold rats and multiple structural problems.

Phil did an amazing job fixing our shower! He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly before he left. He even stayed late just to make sure the issue was fully taken care of, which we really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work and making sure his customers are taken care of. We had a great experience with him through Ad Astra and would absolutely recommend him!

The townhome was very clean when I toured it for the first time. Office staff is professional and attentive to resident needs. I requested a maintenance call for a few minor issues and the team is quick to respond. The gentleman that serviced the garbage disposal and the stove were polite and professional. All issues were resolved promptly. From this experience I feel confident that any issues in the future will be addressed promptly and I do not have to stress about anything. I love my new home.

Ad astra has been not only a great company to rent from but a great company to communicate with, we have now been in our unit for 8 months, love the location and have had our maintenance problems fixed within a day of reporting them! They people like Christine who work at ad astra are wonderful, always human and understanding response, always taking my concerns seriously! Thank you and we hope to continue living in this unit for many years!
