Worst rental experience I’ve ever had and ended up back on the streets due to not being given back my full amount down. House had mold rats and multiple structural problems.
I love my home! Adastra are very nice people to rent from! This is my 3rd month here and I love it! I would highly recommend! Things need to be fixed someone is out the very next day to fix things!
Love there company always willing to work with you when your struggling. Love how clean the place was when we toured it in December.
****edit- we’ve been loyal tenants for 2 1/2 years and currently in the process of buying the home we rent. Initial review placed only a month into renting with Ad Astra Realty. TENANT beware: these aren’t slum lords or anything but their favorite saying is “we work for the owners” and they do treat you as such. This company has been a godsend! These days it’s so difficult to even be able to speak with human being. Ad Astra always have time for a phone call and are there to help every step of the way. They’re always communicating, making sure I’ve got everything I need. I’ve never had this quality of service from an agent of this type in my life.
