Ad Astra failed on multiple occassions to help a elderly blind man with ceiling leaks that pored water, a broken garage door and bath fixtures that fell off walls and furnace filters that did not fit THEN KEPT HIS ENTIRE $1400 DEPOSIT even after he had it professionally cleaned for no explained reason but "cleaning, spackling and paint for fallen towel bars". Ad Astra will complete maintenance service generally in a quick time line. They don’t call resident back when need response to conversation. Once the Meld program is able to understand it maintenance usually completed within a week. The bird issue was completed. Thanks
Not great on communication, duplexes in Paola not taken care of, poor management, and very untimely when it come to any issues wether it was maintenance or office related. Be sure to take pictures of everything before moving in and moving out.
