Tried to rent a place and it was worse than crossing Razor wire in the USMC even before disable then "he" was like a snowflake I touched and he melted he threatened to call “authorities ”for what? 1st amendment rights Buddy - Democrat?

I would like to start out by saying that Christine in the office is lovely and was always very helpful when I was able to call and speak with her on the phone. The same is true for the maintenance employees that came to the house to address issues. The online tenant portal was also easy to use. That being said, we really struggled with getting maintenance issues dealt with while living as tenants with Ad Astra. Phil was great! He was efficient, professional, and very pleasant to work with. This is the second time he’s come out for a maintenance issue, and both times he took the time to identify the problem, fix it correctly, and make sure everything was working before he left. He also answered my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the repair. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and attention to detail. Thank you, Phil!
