Great customer service
Conveniently located for me as I had to downsize. After 6 months, the price went from 39$ per month to 69$ per month. That was not cool. I called to update my auto pay and made a comment about that and the gentleman I spoke to said, he would see what he could do about that. Well, he got it down to 59$ per month. There are so many storage places popping up everywhere offering low cost or free first months that I may have to shop around. You got to watch these people. They will steal from you. I was 14 days( H ad transportation problems at the time) behind on my bill. Came in paid it~ and paid the next month in advance.. . Gotta ride and try to access my storage room 7-8 days later.. . My account wasn't even in the system.. . And they'd moved all my stuff and locked it up and stole it. My landscape equipment I use to take care of myself and my family.I took that very personally but I would but I was in bad need of a ankle fusion surgery so they got me~!!! Wa... read more
Raised prices by $25/month 3 months after I moved in. Now I have to block out one of my Spring Saturdays to move out into one of the many better, cheaper options down the road.
Stored here for a long time was always a great experience would highly recommend friendly staff clean facilities
