The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the doctor was knowledgeable, thorough, and very informative! Highly recommended.
Is my pcp for over 15 years. Very service oriented and committed to treat you. Very good in diagnosis and treatment plan. Always follow up. Listen to my issues and spends time during visit.
Was my Dr. for years. Just called them because I haven’t heard from them in a year. Asked about my annual check up which they always notify me about. Was told we don’t do that anymore, if you want to be seen you call us. I asked where the loss of care came from? And was told specifically, “we don’t care anymore “. Guess I am looking for a new Primary now. Blown away from this.
I went there for an Annual Wellness Exam, but had a very bad experience. Doctor Patel did not answer any specific questions properly rather told me to come back in the next visit. It looks like he wants to make you visit again again, so that he could make money every time.
Annual Wellness Exam and Routine visits look like a complete waste of time at this clinic. More visits ——->more prescriptions ———>leading to more money for Doctor Patel. He just wants to keep you trapped in this circle rather than actually caring about your well being.
