Worst Florist Ever! The worst florist I have ever placed an order with. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and lack of customer service. I ordered an arrangement from the picture on their website to have delivered to a friend. The arrangement received looked NOTHING like the picture with only half the amount of flowers. Was supposed to be a bouquet over 14" tall and turned out to be a small arrangement about 4" in height. More than half the amount of flowers shown in the picture were missing and was minimal at best. Acworth Florist is VERY RUDE AND EXPENSIVE! My boyfriend ordered lillies from Acworth Florist and I recieved them when they were supposed to come. BUT the price was outrageous and when I called to ask if a mistake had been made I was treated like I was STUPID. The lady I talked to was Nicole and she was VERY rude over the phone! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I love lillies and have ordered many of them and have never spent that kind of money for them! I will never recommend this florist to anyone!!

Small flower shop The flowers were pretty, but the customer service was good. They helped me get whatever it was i wanted. They definately cater to the customer which is a plus!

A good Local store As an Acworth resident we have received a few items from here. The flowers are pretty though not very imaginative. Their customer service is very good and they have fixed a few problems that we have had. They are very affordable. The shop is rather small and I wouldn't reccomend a stroller inside.

Very good for special occasions! We had our wedding flowers done here. Our wedding was very simple and we were on a tight budget, but this florist listened and helped us get what we wanted at a good price. The flowers were beautiful. They will special order whatever you need to get the look you want.
