We had been loyal clients of Acworth Animal Hospital for nearly 20 years, but my recent experience has left me heartbroken and deeply disappointed. This establishment has a long history of overcharging for every little thing, and even adding services without consent. For example, they charged me for oxygen for my cat without ever asking if I approved. My favorite of all veterinarian clinics I've experienced over, around 20 years of sporadic visits. Great doctors and staff. Somehow my high anxiety chiweenie, to my amazement, went with the Tech on her first visit, without incident. I mean, she barks annoyingly at all strangers near and far. Maybe it's Canine Napoleon Complex, lol. But for some reason, she went willingly from car into the arms of the Vet Tech as if she were a household family human.
