Since I was elected to the board of our HOA in 2022 ACV has been our management company. We work together well and Kevin is always responsive to any issues, concerns or questions by the board and/or the residents. The team at ACV is always professional and courteous. I have confidence in ACV and would recommend their service to other communities seeking help in HOA board management.
Kevin is not professional. At our last meeting (Dec. 2025) he got extremely mad at a resident and cursed at him. He had no right to curse at a resident and it was at an in person meeting. There was never an apology either. Questions emailed to the management company don't get answered or you get a run around answer that doesn't pertain to what you asked in the first place. Kevin, the owner is very unprofessional and condescending and likes to threaten residents when he can't get what he wants. Does not have monthly reports on time for meetings or generates reports that are incomplete or leaves out what the board president doesn't want the residents to know. ACV has consistently left residents names on documents and posted them to public to see. ACV has messed up several invoicing and elections that have had to be redone. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
ACV Property Management is run by total clowns. The owner, Kevin, is incredibly incompetent. Him and his staff do not pick up their phones or answer emails. When they do decide to send out notifications to the community, it's usually riddled with errors, typos, or lacking critical information. Under no circumstances should you hire ACV to manage your community.
