We have been working with this condo management company for the past two years, and they have truly been a game-changer. When they took over, things were in turmoil, but they have since turned everything around. They’ve also done a great job organizing our finances, which had been a big concern before they came on board. ACV Property Management is run by total clowns. The owner, Kevin, is incredibly incompetent. Him and his staff do not pick up their phones or answer emails. When they do decide to send out notifications to the community, it's usually riddled with errors, typos, or lacking critical information. Under no circumstances should you hire ACV to manage your community.
I cannot say enough great things about this company. After struggling with another management company, Kevin has been nothing short of delightful to work with. He answers our calls, responds very quickly to emails, and has a great relationship with our board attorney. We are getting prepared to go through transition, and his knowledge and expertise has been spot on.
