They dont send you anything and then 1 week youll get a bill and a letter its your last notice and going to collections??? Shady….

The worst company I have ever come across.
I have surgery back in February, I was paying as much as I could every paycheck I got which is once a month, I got final notice, then I would receive a bill even though I was paying each month, they weren’t happy with that so they sent it to a law firm who threatened to send it to a debit collector, I went from $700 to $47. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, their billing department are imbeciles, they don’t know what the hell they are doing!
