It's hard to believe this is a real company. All voicemails are full so no message can be left. When the message board is filled out there is no response. It's impossible to speak to a person. Poor service for a family that has spent a lot of money here.
I have ordered a filter over a week ago. When you order they go through a third party to track your order. Say it’s going by FedEx ground but no tracking number. I have phoned and email numberis times with no answers. Like the system but very disappointed in service. Bad service will slowly kill a business. Gord

Last year, I installed an Acuva UV water filter unit in my van build. This product is essential for our travels, as having nice, clean, and fresh water onboard is crucial.
