It's hard to believe this is a real company. All voicemails are full so no message can be left. When the message board is filled out there is no response. It's impossible to speak to a person. Poor service for a family that has spent a lot of money here.
I have ordered a filter over a week ago. When you order they go through a third party to track your order. Say it’s going by FedEx ground but no tracking number. I have phoned and email numberis times with no answers. Like the system but very disappointed in service. Bad service will slowly kill a business. Gord

Last year, I installed an Acuva UV water filter unit in my van build. This product is essential for our travels, as having nice, clean, and fresh water onboard is crucial. Previously, we bought gallons of water containers from grocery stores and struggled with scattered storage.
