i ordered a custom made product from acute woundcarein bonita springs and this company ripped me off by giving me a stock item not custom made. we went to court and i won. you need to read the back of acute woundcares contract to realize how difficult it is to get your money refunded. you need to do business with amazon or any less difficult company.
spoke to a lady claiming to be alyssa that does not sound like alyssa and i mtold her to come to pick up the lymphadema machine and give me my money back which is 1495 dollars i paid to them because they sold me leg sleeves that were too tight and not custom which is what i ordered. it is over 1 year and acute woundcare of bonita springs has not resolved this issue. no customer service. read the back of acute woundcare paperwork and you can get an idea that they prefer not to ever refund the mpney and they didnt try to re... read more
iwanted you to know that their lawyer told me that this acute woundcare was previously owned by good people for many years. the current people bought out the original owners so if you see good reviews long ago this is with previous owners and when you see reviews that are short and say things like oh their so great they are not great at all and it was a jerrica that trtried as hard as she can not to give me my invoice. she took my money in advance and tried to avoid giving any paperwork and she is the one that tried to sti... read more
do not give acute wound care any money in advance because if you have a problem with them good luck getting your money back. they will ignore you and not answer your calls. as of december 3, 2021 they have not refunded my money. i paid acute woundcare money in advance to make a custom made product and they cheated me by delivering a non custom made product. we went to court they lost and i want everyone to know this is a horrible company.
acute woundcare cannot be trusted to honor what they put in writing. my best advise is to avoid this company because if you have a problem with a product they dont like to refund money and they wont replace the incorrect product with the correct product. it is now 6-1-21 and i have waited 7 months to be refunded and this person alyssa just simply ignores you and jerrica simply ripped me off by switching products on delivery .i am a senior and this is tops for dishonesty trying to rip off the customer.if you give them a bad r... read more
