Place is terrible. Would never rent from them again and would advise others not to as well. Have waited almost 2 months just for my deposit to return and still hasn’t. Place wasn’t even nice either. Terrible service.
If I could give zero star rating I would. Acute property is the worst possible management company you could choose. It is way overpriced for what they offer. Jenelle Conover the property manager takes a long time (if ever) to respond to tenants about apartment maintenance issues. Jenelle will ignore your problems and instead ask you for more money. They're super slow about getting anything done. Have called them about an issue multiple times and they still haven't done anything to remedy the problem. They have been generally nice about it, just ineffective. UPDATE * They recently changed the company name to Acute Living to try and escape all the bad reviews and feedback from customers.
BEWARE!!!! Willowbrook Apartments, managed by Acute, will illegally tow your vehicle without any regard for their own Rental lease agreement which states they will provide a 72 hour notice of intent that will be placed in a "conspicuous" location (I.e. windshield) prior to tow for vehicles in violation...and when confronted, management not only disregards the complaint but welcomes legal actions to be taken.
