They were incredible!! Highly recommend! I tore my ACL and they helped me from start to finish. Amazing knowledge and amazing bed side manner. I’ve never injured my knee like this before and so as you can imagine I was incredibly nervous for them to touch it or move it but they were so caring and careful when doing the ACL testing. They truly care and I’m beyond grateful for them during this season! Any questions I had they took the time to answer, I never felt rushed in any appointments! They’re amazing! Thank you Dr. Wiley

I had heard goods things about this clinic but did not have a good experience. They forgot about me in a waiting room for 20 minutes (I had to peek out and speak with reception to find out what was going on) during my first visit. On my second visit, the female doctor was agitated and disrespectful of my time. She seemed annoyed that I had shown up for the clinic requested follow-up (though it took me 45 minutes and missed work to make their appointment), and ticked off that I had sought opinions outside of their clinic. She... read more

The fact that the clinic is a self-referral clinic is great, but my first appointment was 30 min late and took over 1.5hrs! I wasn't informed and my parking ran out, so I got a parking ticket. My follow up appointment was over 1 hr late and I had to get someone else to pick up my son from daycare! I also asked for a referral to a surgeon for my ACL tear and found out at my follow up that they hadn't made it. I don't understand how it's so disorganized here.

What a nightmare. The parking is absolutely unacceptable. It would be almost $9 to park for every appointment. No instructions are provided and I couldn’t even be seen because it took me so long to find the lot.

After a bad experience in the ER following a hyper extension injury, I was recommended this acute knee injury clinic by a physio-therapist with 811 when I expressed my concerns regarding the instability I was still experiencing. I self referred online, was approved to schedule an appointment by the next day, and was in to see them just a week later. Dr. Trinh and his colleague were so friendly and did a thorough exam of my knee. They agreed with the ER doctor that is was indeed a hyper extension injury and didn’t require muc... read more
