Nice people but so amazingly slow. No one here and still wait 45 min.
I am furious ! I went to this place today because I can barely breath plus coughing and wheezing because of my asthma. They tested me for Covid which came back Negative. The doctor didn't check my lungs at all to see if I have bronchitis or If I have an infection in my lungs so I left feeling worst instead of leaving with relief. They also did not offer me a breathing treatment because of my asthma so as I'm waiting there I had lots of trouble breathing. Waste of time and money. I am disappointed. my employer sent me for my 2nd rapid test. my first rapid test was good experience, sat in my car and was done in about 30 mins. This time yall are doing the test inside and next to someone else that is also being tested. I sat next to an elderly man, this concerned me cause I am almost certain I am positive and now I am exposing this man by no fault of my own. Can’t ever get anyone on the phone after pressing “1” for test results. Called over 20 times for my husband between the both of us and it is not just today. It was the same thing with his first test and with my test. CAN SOMEONE CALL US?

Ms Thomas, I apologize. We are trying to accommodate as many people as we can and we are getting over 100 phone calls a day and we have 2 choices, answer the phones or test more people. When we stop testing as many people daily, people leave bad reviews because they can’t get an appointment. When we test more people and don’t answer the phone we get bad reviews for not answering the phones. This is an indication we need to stop testing this many people because we can’t do both. I was very pleased with how I was treated today at the clinic. I arrived around 5:15 this morning to wait on a packet to get a COVID test. I was given a packet around 7:20 to come back for a test at 10:40. I arrived for my nasal swab and the gentleman doing the swab asked some questions and I told him I had a severe sore throat and suspected it may be Strep if the COVID was negative. We have used ACE several times with multiple family members. Everyone is always so kind, professional, and patient! Today, in particular, my son came in with strep symptoms, but also had to get a Covid test because of his symptoms. I didn’t catch her name, but the woman who tested him was amazing. She was patient and explained everything to him! It made an unpleasant experience a little bit easier to handle with her amazing attitude and professionalism!

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Went to get tested for covid. I don't know what I'm supposed to do. So the lady informed me how it work so I needed to come back tomorrow. So I go today at 530am and at 7am we are informed they aren't doing testing unless your employer is paying for it. The lady with the tattoo on her arm was extremely rude like unbelievably rude. Ma’am, I am sorry for your bad experience. When we give packets out in the morning, people become very inflamed when we run out and we take a heavy verbal assault daily. Testing can be done at other locations with a turn around of 72 hours. We have 3 separate testing stations and if an employer sends you for testing and you are paying for it, it isn’t employee services and we don’t have opening in insurance or self pay stations.
