I contacted Salem because I was genuinely interested in buying a 2024 Acura MDX. I asked several times for a loan payment calculation for both 72 and 84 months and planned to visit the dealership for a test drive. Unfortunately, communication was very slow. My messages were often read but not answered for days, and I had to keep following up. As a serious buyer, I expected much better customer service and communication. This experience was disappointing

This was my second recall service with Acura Sherway, and unfortunately, it will be my last. Last year, I had a recall and my vehicle wasn’t ready on time. The dealership apologized, gave me a loaner, and clearly told me there would be no charges. Everything was handled professionally. Last week, I had another recall.
