This was my first time getting service at this dealership, and it was a very disappointing experience. I came in for an oil change and a recall over three weeks ago. They told me the recall part was not in stock and that they would order it and call me as soon as it arrived. I never got a call. I had to call them myself, and the man who answered the phone (I think he was the front desk) was very unhelpful. I had purchased a Lincoln 2019 Mkc few weeks ago. I paid 17000 for this car the sales person told me be was set had been serviced and ready to go. I checked the sticker on the car and was made to believe that everything was there. I brought car home and decided to close the sunshade ? Do not expect a call back when you leave a message with them. They have the worse customer service in returning calls. If a service advisor is out then NO ONE covers the service calls. Thus if they leave you as a customer need to leave. This place has gone DOWN THE TUBE since First Auto sold out to Greico GO TO SPEEDCRAFT
