Do not expect a call back when you leave a message with them. They have the worse customer service in returning calls. If a service advisor is out then NO ONE covers the service calls. Thus if they leave you as a customer need to leave. This place has gone DOWN THE TUBE since First Auto sold out to Greico GO TO SPEEDCRAFT
I visited Grieco Acura Service for some repairs to my '23 Integra. I found the Service Staff to be extremely professional and courteous. Shawna, the Service Manager, listened to all of my concerns and went out of her way to resolve them for me. I am very pleased to find a dealership Service Department that goes the extra mile to achieve the highest customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Grieco Acura for all of your Acura Service needs.
