Made an appointment and had the oil changed in about an hour, start to finish. Very quick and efficient service, and the work was done effectively. I’m very satisfied with the experience.
I was charged over $700 by Acura Springfield for reconnecting a chewed wire from a transmission sensor (sensor not replaced). Reason for diagnosis was because they had to break into the system. Cost of repair part (electrical tape). They fixed windshield wiper (I did not request). They did NOT fix my primary concern the SRS and the engine light on. Issue rectified after several days of delay. Unacceptable incompetence and price gouging.

Love the drinks and snacks. The waiting room comfortable. Took a bit to get serviced than I expected. But it's like that pretty much everywhere.
