Feel like getting scammed. Place an order on June 26. Only email I get from them was order placed and how to check status of order. No mention about email they will be sending.Check every 1 week always show processing. Since 1 month pass I contacted them on email about my order. Placed an order for 1 single part on 10/22, paid Extra for expedited shipping. Still have NOT RECEIVED MY PART! I’ve called several times during business hours & each time I get the answering machine & an unable to leave a message due to the mailbox being full! I’m glad I only ordered this one part instead of the $600 I was going to order. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere!

I have placed many orders here and have been happy enough to continue. However, my most recent order for a specific part number was filled with a substitute that I found was not compatible. The substitution, suggested by their computer should have been preceded by an email for my approval. Now I'm stuck waiting for the correct part from someone else.
