Placed an order for 1 single part on 10/22, paid Extra for expedited shipping. Still have NOT RECEIVED MY PART! I’ve called several times during business hours & each time I get the answering machine & an unable to leave a message due to the mailbox being full! I’m glad I only ordered this one part instead of the $600 I was going to order. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere!

I have placed many orders here and have been happy enough to continue. However, my most recent order for a specific part number was filled with a substitute that I found was not compatible. The substitution, suggested by their computer should have been preceded by an email for my approval. Now I'm stuck waiting for the correct part from someone else. Thanks for immediately jumping on the None-Help train!
Was trying to order a side view mirror for my Acura but had a few questions before I did so. The person on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Ultimately ended up hanging up on me! Went to a different website and ordered it for 10 bux less and they were polite and professional unlike that clown Kevin with this terrible company
