Very bad experience with this service. New car and cant fix in time, after 1st repair took a car and lost brakes in 15 min. Returned for repair again. Now new problem with recall, car should stay in service for 3 days but didn't get loaner. Acura assistant service manager Jasson Cuadros told me that they not providing loaners. Stay away from this service! Will contact Acura North America customer relations with all this issues.

I was having a hard time with the battery on my MDX and decided to take it in to get checked. Jason immediately greeted me and got my car taken care of. Great service from Jason.
Jasson was very friendly. I came a bit early for my appointment but he was able to get my car serviced in a reasonable amount of time. Explained what happened, prices and was very friendly.
