I will give them 0 stars. This place is a rip-off. Their Mechanics don't know how to fix their own cars. My car has a battery/electric problem and I have taken my car for the same service close to a two year period and my. AR still have the same problem. They even told me it was the car computer, I paid them for other service and my car still have the same problem ??. My car was totaled and Acura financial told me to reach out to my branch for a refund for my warranty because I only accumulated 50,000 miles and warranty covers 100,000 miles. When I called dealership I was given the runaround for 4 days and today manager called to tell me because I didn’t pay for warranty straight up and paid for it within 72 months that I’m not owed anything. I bought my Acura from dealer over 10 years ago. I purchased ( or was TOLD I purchased) the nitrogen air and only had to come to this Acura to have my tires filled. That’s what I have been doing since my purchase. Today I come up to get air and I’m told 1. I have to pay for it and 2. I’ve only been getting air…There is always something misleading about this Acura. They change and say anything at any given moment. I don’t believe in this Acura and will never buy from here again….STAY AWAY

Great service when you buy the car, just don't plan on having your car serviced there, there Service Dept. is the pits, I don't think they have a REAL AUTO MECHANIC working there, hand me downs from Tire Shops.
Best dealership around. I have gotten 6 cars there over the years and they are just superb. I would not let my children, wife or friends go anywhere else for a new or used car. Kenny and the team will always have your back. Very trustworthy, loyal, and fair.
