I reached out multiple times about a specific vehicle and kept receiving automated emails with no real follow‑up. The BDC also sent me incorrect vehicle details, even though I submitted the exact car I wanted. Drove from PA to purchase a vehicle. Large scratches were noticed upon arrival. Was not pleased to have driven up there without knowing about the scratches. Ahmed made things right and ended up being more than happy with the results. Would definitely recommend purchasing from them and plan to do business with them again in the future. Also, Blake (the finance manager) was super friendly and patient throughout the whole process.
