I had a very disappointing experience purchasing a car from Acura. What should have been an exciting and smooth process turned into frustration and regret. I’ve bought several cars in my time and might I say the experience I had with this place was great. They gave me their price right away and break down. No internet price this and that what you see is what you get. The sales rep and finance manager Maurice and Winslow was very transparent from the beginning till the end. Yes warranties were offered but not forced and jammed through your throat. Yes we waited awhile but we were able to get the car we wanted. I just leased an RDX on Saturday 2/28/26 from Ahmed of Acura Valley Stream. Ahmed was very professional, polite and very helpful. He gave the best deal he possibly can and I was happy. He is a very hardworking man and try his best to make you happy with the sales. He even personally drove the car home for me. It was an all day process but at the end it all worth it.
