This is the third Acura I’ve purchased, and it will be my last. After this experience, I have completely lost confidence in Acura and their customer service. The vehicle was delivered to Utah, and because of the distance, the dealership made it clear they did not want to take responsibility for my concern. Ahmed was professional, easy to work with, and was able to get my CPO RDX from an initial phone call to out the door in just a few hours. Blake, the finance manager, was also a pleasure to work with and helped to secure a great rate. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and I would certainly recommend working with them for your next vehicle.
Bought a new MDX with Imran, everyone at the dealership is great and very helpful. They take care of everything made the whole process super easy. No DMV trips! If you are going to buy an Acura (which you should!) buy it here.
I came in a few days ago to purchase a vehicle and worked with an amazing salesperson named Taha. He was knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job helping me through the process.
