Buyers Beware!! I strongly do not recommend using this dealership; let me share what happened to me. On September 24, 2025, I purchased a used 2023 EV. I was eligible for the $ ***** EV credit, and *****, who works in sales, and ******, their finance and insurance manager, refused to allow me to use the $ ***** EV credit towards my purchase, which was $25,000. Charged for a repair. Within minutes of leaving the lot, the check engine light came back on. I brought it back in and was told they'd take care of it for no extra charge. Then I was told an expensive part(about $600) was needed for the repair, so I paid that in addition to labor. Second time picking up the car, and the check engine light comes on within minutes of driving away. Paid a lot of money just to end up up with my car in the exact same state it was in at the start.

I feel that service I recently received on my Acura was sub-optimal and resulted in additional service and expenses at a different Acura dealer a short time later. On 7/14/23 my Acura had routine service as well as timing belt service as recommended at Acura of Concord for a total fee of $2,145.03. The car mileage at that time was ****** miles, and the car is 10 years old.
