Purchased a TLX online and had it delivered. Kelande, David and the other team members made the process incredibly easy. Communication was great and everything was taken care of in an efficient manner. However, upon receipt of the car I noticed the driver fob didn't work- even after replacing the battery. The dealerships response was, used cars are sold 'as is'. This was a 'certified' car but I guess checking the fob doesn't make the 182 point checklist. Kenny was a great service technician. He explained everything to me, and I would recommend him anything.
Dealer did the right thing, everybody from the sales manager, to financing to my salesperson, Thomas. Straightforward, honest and answered every question I had. I was apprehensive because my dealer experiences in the past haven't been great, but Acura of Brooklyn has been outstanding. I'm very comfortable recommending this dealership to all my friends. Saying that Thomas went above and beyond is not enough. He actually let me test drive the car to my house to make sure that it fits my driveway which was a huge concern.
