Kern delivered good service and kept us informed. However, I questioned need for a third brake job in two years inclusive of all calipers and other brake parts. Cost of parts and service exceeded $2,000!!!!! Used to be efficient with fair prices but seems to have gone downhill in the past few years. Have only had my Acura serviced here since purchasing the car 11 years ago.
Had my car for a recall made appointment 7 days before appointment you keep my car for 6 hours I had to call and was told you didn’t have the part for my recall and had to order it what a joke
2 hours for an oil change when I was the 3rd person in for the day. Also im supposed to get free oil changes and tire rotations. But since I refused to get some b.s. services done I had to pay for it. Leasing a car for here has been nothing but a nightmare since day one. Run don't walk. Go somewhere else and save yourself the aggravation
In and out of service within the expected time and they helped me out with getting what I needed
